Biography 

My name is Alexis Shubert, and I graduated this past December from Southeastern Louisiana

University with a degree in Communication, concentrating in

Television and Multimedia Journalism. I’m a multimedia creative who thrives behind the camera.

Capturing moments, telling stories, and bringing ideas to life through visual media.

My experience spans street photography, freelance photography, videography, and video editing, giving me a versatile skill set and a strong eye for authentic storytelling. I’ve also worked in the News Department at the award-winning Southeastern Channel, where I gained hands-on newsroom experience and strengthened my skills in reporting, production, and editing under real deadlines.

Outside of my professional work, I’m passionate about traveling and creating content. Exploring new places inspires me, and I love documenting my experiences through photography and video. One of my biggest goals is to travel the world and share stories from the people, cultures, and moments I encounter along the way.
